Why am I not able to upload content on my board?

Please check your role on the board. If you are not a Creator or Collaborator, you will not be able to upload content.

Please check if you have enough storage left in your workspace/board.

Free Boards

Pay-as-you-Go

Team Plan

2 GB pooled storage between all free boards. This is shown in the dashboard (right panel)

5, 10 or 20 GB depending on what you signed-up for

You can view the details within the board by clicking on info icon.

1 TB pooled Storage for all boards in workspace, excluding any PayG boards. This is shown in the dashboard (right panel)

Please check for individual file size restrictions before uploading

If everything looks good and you are still unable to upload, kindly submit a ticket and we will resolve your issue on priority.
