When you need a file to do something it is meant to but it isn’t, articulating it to the creator will help in better and faster resolution. Articulating your feedback has been made easy with Annotations. With annotations, you can simply draw or highlight an area of an image or a frame in a video to spell out specific changes required. It gives an easy and consolidated view of all observations thereby helping the creators & collaborators to work upon the changes.
Generic feedback for a file can always be added by simply typing out the observations in the feedback box located in the dashboard area.
Note: Those with a 'Viewer' role can comment on files and boards but they cannot add feedback points.
