What is an Asset - ButtonShift?

With the ‘Assets’ feature on ButtonShift, you have up to 5% of your total workspace storage available to store various content that would come in handy to your team to create the final product. Here are some examples what can make an asset


Images: Photographs, illustrations, graphics, icons, etc.

Videos: Recorded footage, animated clips, motion graphics, etc. 

Audio: Music files, sound effects, voiceovers, etc.

Text: Scripts, copywriting, articles, blog posts, etc.

Fonts: Typefaces used for text elements.

Design Files: Layouts, templates, wireframes, etc.

Code: Programming code for websites, apps, and interactive elements.


Other Asset ideas

Brand Guidelines: Documents outlining brand identity, colours, fonts, and logos.

Stock Photos and Videos: Purchased images and videos from stock libraries.

Licences: Permissions to use copyrighted material.

Templates: Pre-designed layouts for various creative elements.


While these are just examples, you are free to create Assets as per your needs. You can link assets across multiple Boards, Projects & Spaces, or choose not to share it at all ?.
